Financial statements in Toronto and the GTA
Compiled, reviewed and year-end financial statements for lenders, investors and the CRA.

How we help
Financial statements tell the story of your business. We prepare year-end statements that satisfy banks, investors and tax authorities, and give you a clear look at how you are doing.
Depending on your needs, we prepare compilation engagements (Notice to Reader) or review engagements under Canadian standards. Statements follow ASPE, the accounting standards used by most private companies.
We also prepare interim statements, budgets and forecasts to support loan applications or planning.

Financial statements FAQ
Answers to common questions in Ontario.
What is the difference between a compilation, a review and an audit?
A compilation presents your information with no assurance. A review gives limited assurance through inquiry and analysis. An audit gives the highest level of assurance through detailed testing. The right level depends on who needs the statements.
Do I need financial statements for my tax return?
A corporate T2 return generally includes financial statement information, so yes, statements are prepared as part of the filing.
Can you prepare statements for a bank loan?
Yes. We prepare lender-ready statements and supporting schedules, and we can add forecasts to support your application.
How much do financial statements services cost?
Fees depend on the scope and complexity of your situation. After a free consultation we give you a clear quote before any work begins.
Do you provide financial statements outside Toronto?
Yes. We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the wider GTA, and we work with clients across Canada by phone, video and secure online document sharing. Call (647) 527-4970 to get started.
